CES 2019 - Alienware ประกาศเปิดตัวlaptop ใหม่, รุ่น Alienware 51m, และถือว่าเป็น laptop ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุดในโลกเปรียบได้กับ desktop gaming เลยทีเดียว. ฮาร์ดแวร์ที่ยัดเข้าไปถือว่าไม่ใช่ของเด็กเล่น, การ์ดจอแรงสุดมีให้เลือกถึง NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 พร้อมกับ Intel i9 processor เจนที่ 9 รองรับการทำ overclock อีกด้วย, และเป็นชิปตัวแรกที่ฟีเจอร์ 8-core 16 thread Intel CPUs ที่นั่งอยู่บน Z390 chipset. นอกเหนือไปกว่านั้น, ใครที่ยังไม่พอใจหรืออยากอัพเกรด, สามารถทำได้เหมือนกับคุณเล่นกับ desktop (มีข้อแม้).

ทาง Alienware กล่าวเสริมอีกว่า, สำหรับ GPU upgrades สามารถกระทำได้โดยเปลี่ยนชิป GPU บนบอร์ด graphics module ได้ทันที (สเปกทางพลังงานต้องเหมือนกัน).   หน้าจอมาพร้อมขนาด 17.3 นิ้ว 1080p FHD 144Hz G-Sync IPS พร้อมด้วยเทคโนโลจี Tobii eye-tracking/ตรวจจับการเคลื่อนไหวดวงตา, มีมาให้เลือกมากถึง 64GB - DDR4-2400MHz RAM, และทางด้าน storage configurations มีมาให้เลือกมากถึงสามชุดและยังมีเทคโนโลจีของทาง Intel- Optane มาให้เลือกอีกด้วย. ทางด้านการระบายความร้อนหรือ cooling system เรียกได้ว่าจัดเต็มหายห่วง, ไม่ว่าจะเล่นเกมส์หรือใช้งานก็ตาม.  ทางด้านซอร์ฟแวร์, ให้มาพร้อม  Command Center เพียงแค่คลิ๊กเดียว, เรียกมาหมด, ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางด้าน overclocking หรือเลือกแสงสีไฟส่องสว่าง RGB มีมาให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบและยังรวมไปถึงการปรับแต่งประสิทธิภาพของเกมส์, และพัดลมอีกด้วย.
